ReviewPilot helps small local service businesses maintain the kind of Google presence customers expect. It monitors reviews, drafts thoughtful responses, answers common Google Q&A, and keeps business profiles current with weekly updates.

We built ReviewPilot for salons, HVAC companies, dental practices, auto repair shops, contractors, and other teams that do excellent work but do not have a dedicated marketing person. Our goal is simple: remove repetitive reputation work without taking control away from the owner.

Setup happens through a secure Google OAuth connection, reporting is clear and practical, and support combines fast automated answers with human escalation whenever a question needs personal attention.
